LiveFit Yoga is a variation of Ashtanga and Power Yoga that consists of strength and flexibility exercises to develop a healthy mind and body. This all-level class will focus on core strength and flexibility leaving you feeling invigorated, yet relaxed. Classes are geared to the students with focusing on the flow, movement and breathing.
